Yes, you can break your lease but there is a penalty. We require 30 days’ notice along with a two-month lease break fee plus payback of any concessions you may have received. You can also sublet your apartment. Please contact management directly for more details on sublets and lease breaks.
You’ll need to set up your electricity with ComEd before moving in. All other utilities are included in our utility bundle fee.
