Macy's Flower Show
Usually taking place late March through early April and free to the public during store hours, the Macy’s Flower Show is held at State Street Chicago, a 14-minute train ride via the red line from Coeval Chicago Apartments. The Macy’s Flower Show has delighted generations of floral aficionados with spectacular gardens filled with millions of live flowers, plants, and trees from around the world.

A 13-minute walk on South Michigan Avenue from Coeval Apartments in the South Loop Farmers Market, an independent market that aims to improve the availability of a diverse range of high-quality foods. There is something for everyone at the South Loop Farmers Market. Support local farmers and artists while enjoying access to farm-fresh fruits and vegetables that travel a shorter farm-to-table trip. The market opens its doors starting on June 1st and it will go all the way through September 28th, 2023. This farmers market will be taking place every Thursday evening at the corner of Grant Park in Chicago. Admission is free.
Chicago Food Truck Festival at the South Loop Green Space
Food events are one of the most popular ways to bring people together. Just a 17-minute train ride on the orange line from Coeval Apartments, you’ll find the Chicago Food Truck Festival held on July 29th and 30th, 2023. This festival features 40 to 50+ gourmet food trucks serving a variety of delicious dishes and tasty treats. This year, the festival will be showcasing a variety of Chicago's best beers while also featuring Sangria pouring and more. They offer free and VIP admissions. We recommend taking a train instead of getting there by car as parking can be a bit difficult.

Lollapalooza Music Festival
An 11-minute train ride from Coeval Apartments and you will reach Grant Park, a spacious urban park in the Loop community area of the city. Right on the bank of Lake Michigan, its best-known features are Millennium Park, Buckingham Fountain, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Lollapalooza Music Festival, the most iconic music festivals in the world, taking place in Chicago. A multi-genre, four-day affair from August 4th to August 6th, 2023. Each year, the festival curates a lineup of the biggest acts in the world along with the hottest up-and-comers.
